Description of Tallahassee Freenet Registration Policies and Procedures
Contents:
1. Online Registration for new users within FL, GA, and AL
(Free)
2. Offline Registration for new users outside of FL, GA, and AL
($25 per/year)
3. Renewal Registration for existing users outside FL, GA, and AL
($25 per/year)

1. Online Registration for new users within Florida, Georgia, and Alabama (FREE)
Registration for individuals and organizations within Florida, Georgia, and Alabama is free. The registration procedure is conducted online. Choose the appropriate option (Individual or Organization) in the left column of this page. Please follow the registration instructions carefully. You will be instructed to bring or mail proof of identification to the TFN Office.
You will not receive notification that your account is approved if you bring identification to the TFN Office. You will receive notification that your account is approved if you mail in your notarized copy of identification along with a self-addressed, stamped envelope.
***You will not receive notification about your account being active.***

Online registrations from users outside Florida, Georgia, and Alabama, will not be processed.

2. Offline Registration for new users outside of Florida, Georgia, and Alabama ($25 per/year)
Registration for individuals and organizations outside of Florida, Georgia, and Alabama costs $25 per year.

The out-of-area registration procedure is conducted offline. Choose the appropriate option from the left column of this page, and print the registration forms. Fill out the forms completely, and write a $25 check to "Tallahassee Free-Net". Mail your registration form, $25 check, proof of identity, and a self- addressed, stamped envelope to:

You will receive notification by surface mail that your account has been activated.

Tallahassee Free-Net will assign your login ID and password. PLEASE ALLOW THREE WEEKS FOR YOUR OUT-OF-AREA, OFFLINE REGISTRATION TO BE PROCESSED.

If you have any questions concerning your offline, out-of-area, registration application, please E-mail sakimtfnnet

You will receive at least 30 days notice prior to the expiration of your "out-of-area" account, informing you that it is time to pay your yearly fee once again in order to continue your account.

3. Renewal Registration for existing users outside Florida, Georgia, and Alabama ($25 per/year)

Existing Tallahassee Free-Net users who wish to pay the $25 annual fee in order to renew and to keep their accounts active should print out the renewal form located in the appropriate option in the left column of this page.

Please fill out the form completely and write a $25 check made out to "Tallahassee Free-Net". Mail the renewal form and the check to:
