Mission Statement:
The purpose of the Tallahassee Ballet is multifold:

it strives to provide an outstanding professional training ground for local dancers and emerging professionals;
it aims to produce high caliber productions of both classical and contemporary works which encourages collaboration between the performaing arts in the area;
the Tallahassee Balletis dedicated to stimulating interest in and appreciation of the dance arts for school age children and providing exceptional cultural opportunities designed specifically for a young audience.

The History of the Tallahassee Ballet

Tallhassee Ballet, founded in 1972, is an independent, non-profit organization administered by an active, voluntary Board of Directors.
