Becoming a member of VolunteerMatch is a simple 3-step process:

  1. You’ll register yourself as the administrator.

  2. You’ll register your organization.

  3. You’ll post your volunteer opportunities. The process should take approximately 15 minutes provided that you have all the information listed below available.

Before starting, make sure you have the following information at hand:
  • Administrator’s valid email and phone number
  • Administrator’s preferred username and password (at least 4 characters)
  • Organization’s name, mailing address, and valid email
  • Organization’s Employer Identification Number
  • Organization’s Mission Statement
  • Organization description of services statement
  • Volunteer coordinator’s name
  • Title of volunteer opportunities, dates, and descriptions
