- There is no registration on-line or by mail, registration must be in-person at the library.
- Must be 18 or older to register or be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Must also have an active regular TFN account.
- Although there is no charge for the accounts, contributions to TFN will be gratefully accepted.
- Normal registration takes 1 week
Important Note: These registrations are for personal accounts and are to be used by their owners only. TFN will permanently revoke both the PPP and the regular TFN accounts of any user who allows another person to use their PPP account. Simultaneous, multiple PPP logins from the same account will not be permitted.
