This page will introduce you to our Downloads Area, which will have important files and programs that you will need to connect to, or make your stay more enjoyable on TFN. TFN is only one of a whole host of sites that have information to share with our userbase, and we hope that this information will be helpful to you.

Antivirus and Antispyware Program Compatibility Information List - This document will explain the different types of Antivirus (AV) and Antispyware (AS) programs Available and tell you which programs work with the different versions of windows.

(Note: Windows 95 is an old Operating system, so many of these programs will probably not work with Windows 95. It should also be noted that Windows 98/98SE may be supported, but that you will have to be sure that Windows 98 is supported. Also, Microsoft support for Windows 98 has ended, so you will no longer be able to get current updates from Windows Update, but can mostlikely get Service Pack 1 for Windows 98)

To the Left of the Main Page, you will see a selection of Downloads, Antivirus and Firewall Solutions, Malware Removal Assistance Sites and Other Resources. Clicking on the links to the left will bring you to the section in question, and will allow you to select the program you want to download. It should be noted that TFN Downloads are located on our server, while all others will be downloaded from thier respetive sites. Users should have ONE Antivirus Solution and ONE Firewall Solution on thier machines and NOT run 2 AV's or Firewalls concurrently, as they will fight each other. The same can be said of Antispyware Solutions You should run ONE of these for realtime scanning, and use any others for on-demand scanning.

If you believe you have a malware problem, you can visit the sites under this link. All are free, and you have to register to get assistance, but the sites here are quite knowlegeable in removing the Malware, Spyware and/or Adware you may have. These sites are NOT affiliated with TFN in any way, but are put here as a service to our users.

The Other Resources Link is for those programs that we find that do not fit into any specific category.
